AGENDA ITEMS: Meeting the project requirements, coordination, implementation, planning effectively for the first round of student mobility in Hungary in April 2018
PARTICIPANTS INVOLVED: 2 members of staff from each school

January 2020 would be the next feasible meeting time for another coordination meeting with the students looking to have their last project meeting in April 2020 in England.
Provisional date for meeting: 9th and 10th January 2020.
8 children plus 2 adults per mobility confirmed. If partners have more options to their budget to extend the number of students, then they may do so.
3 countries will not be at the initial subject meeting in Hungary, so they could Skype into the room. As a result, the students who are not able to travel can still meet and present their output via Skype.
England presented how they are working together with the students in Mathematics and Computing to help students work collaboratively to create a project they are proud of making together.
All items produced through the project will need to create a digital image and must be uploaded, while the products should be copyright free and optional to use for all.
E-twinning – Students can work together online at the same time and exchange project ideas. Once the project is finished (painting made – put onto a T-shirt), it will be shared on the e-twinning platform.
The partners agreed on producing a PowerPoint presentation too.
Skype must be tested beforehand. In the trial run, partners will ensure the students are organized and behave appropriately, ensuring everything is working well, not excluding timing and scheduling issues. A skype meeting agreed for each mobility.
The Hungarian project mobility agreed between 16th – 21st April. The Czech Republic will be participating in the mobility with students aged 11-14.

Czech Republic: for each student group from other countries, try to learn a song from a country which is not their home language. They then learn that song and culminate this as a final product recorded in Peterborough – lyrics, notes, pronunciation, an example of YouTube would make it easier for the students to learn the song. Also the photos of shrines, churches and famous places were requested for the output.
Slovakia: Hour of Code/Python – Media Fluency workshop as the main topic – pottery and artwork / 3D printing – creating a comic book as the final output
Poland: famous Polish people – discussed as why the different people are chosen, suggesting possible links to the home country of each project country. Output: a card game with students driving it.
England: the key concept is to challenge the propaganda in the technological age to differentiate the issues between true and false information (fake news). For the students to work and possibly fail. The aim is not to create a perfect product, it is about collaboration to try to create something. Students might not have the best voice, or be the best painters, but must challenge themselves.
Pre-mobility and post-mobility feedback questionnaire to be created after each mobility is conducted. No certificate required for students not present at the base for gathering (Skype in countries).
Discussions about what project-related items could be bought to promote collaboration among students (3D printers).
The envisaged number of family packets: minimum 1 per community. The maximum to be determined on the remaining budget available. Boxes will be donated to local communities in each of the areas, such as nursing homes, hospitals, orphanages.

What will each country require to prepare for the workshops in the future countries:
Hungary – Each country must create a representation of their own culture. Digitally collated and placed in the final product. Each country to create a PowerPoint about their cultural background.
Czech Republic – each country to choose a selection of 3 songs to be combined for the CD in the final product. Music, lyrics and songs to be sent beforehand.
25 copies in total (5 countries with 5 copies each) into boxes.
Slovakia – 5 traditional stories from each country to create a comic book, kind of a story to be created still to be decided. Traditional fairy-tale children’s story. 5 stories to be chosen from each country where students will create a version of this story for a comic book – 25 stories in total.
Poland – Questions about Famous Polish person. At least 20 questions about that famous person (20th century person), plus one picture. Think about difficulties of the game – some may have open questions, other true and false.
England – No preparation required at this stage. The culmination of all of these processes, in other countries will be finalized and developed to create the final products. Concrete examples of collaboration fluency enhanced through game-based online platforms. Project logo creation.
